Oh my friends, that late night was a bad, bad idea. My new regime of getting to bed by 10 or 11 and getting up to run is much better! An hour of sleep before midnight is worth two after, as they say!

Last night I had dreams of Florence. It was great.

OK. Off to work. I'm just processing data today so it is going to be a long, long and boring day.

But then there always are surprises so you just never know!
