Very very very quick
Oh my goodness. Tricky to get in here. My Internet is still crazy. C. said last night that it likely had something to do with Canada playing hockey in the Olympics (gag, double gag). But it's still slow this morning! Surely they can't be playing at 5 a.m.
Still very nervous about my trip. Did some nice though meandering morning pages this morning. Now, I'm off to French. Slept well. Bon.
Oh! I heard the most interesting thing. YOu know how there is a lot of research into the effects of too little vitamin D in northern climates, i.e. links with diseases such as MS? Well, this morning I heard a report on speculation that vitamin D deficiencies are linked to mental health issues. SPecifically, they are speculating that spring babies are affected because their MOTHERS didn't get enough vitamin D when they were in the womb. They also think autism might be related to this.
