More boring "news" from the girl with no news!

HAAAAAAAAAAAAPPY Friday!!

Well, after a long, long day yesterday, I took it easy today. I went in to work, half expecting that my boss was going to find a problem with all of that stuff, but...everything went smoothly! I went to French class! After French, I elected to not work at all and instead went to the division social.

I'm tired as heck, but I had a pleasant day.

The next few days will be quite busy, but then I'll be in Italia! Really, I do feel as though I'm living a charmed life. And frankly, I waited long enough for all of the parts to come together and the old wounds to mostly heal...so I deserve this. I really deserve this.

Tomorrow I go to hack my hair off. I sort of fear it, although I think that change is good. I think that hair can become a bit of a security blanket - at least it has in the past been for me - and I look good in short hair. I think a short, sassy 'do is just what the doctor ordered for a girl moving forward.

Otherwise, some packing to do this weekend, and then not much.

I bought more yarn from England and I rather think I ought to knit some more. I'm so not Italian. I love love love Italy and yet I do not like sexy clothes. I like warm and woolly ones. Guess who's Canadian?

Gosh I'm boring. This happiness thing makes one rather dull, don't you think? Or at least I am so in writing. I find I'm rather animated in person these days, perhaps even too much.
