Talking to myself

Ah OK. I'm late for French. Slept very poorly. That's definitely on account of the fact that I ran last night with C.

C. was late home from work and still I ran with him. I was like a racehorse out of the gates. I never fail to be grateful for the gift that is my running. I can always go back to it, no matter how many weeks it has been, and I feel like I'm dancing.

So I learned some new things. For example, that Rochester is considered "downstate" in NY. I always thought that "upstate" must mean away from NYC. Apparently not. The things you learn. We're a bit more literal here - Eastern Ontario, Western Ontario, Southern Ontario, Northern Ontario. :)

OK. Gotta run, cats!
