What's red and red and red all over?

Well, the DVF wrap dress that I ordered to celebrate my new job and my new life (and my 37th birthday!) has finally arrived. I LOVE it. Only it is red. Which is good. Except that I am now RED all over (if you catch my drift--from head to toe).

I'd make another joke right now but I don't think I'm up for the task.

So I'm wearing my red dress, my gold shoes (very neutral and subtle and not at all street corner-y, don't worry :)) and I'm about to head out to meet friends for Ethiopian. I almost canceled on account of the fact that I was STILL feeling horrible about all things Larry today...but canceling on friends is the exact opposite of what I should do.

So off I go.

A bit of fun for those who don't think that there's utility in paper shuffling. ;)

I particularly like the messy desk part. THat's me in a nutshell! Except I know where everything is located! Really! There's a pile for under-represented groups, there's a pile for SAS programs, there's a pile for contingent/precarious work, there's a pile for gender wage gaps...:)

It's all so easy. :) If only they would get me a stapler, some files for my filing cabinet...
