Meditation among the birds
I meditated on my balcony with my birds for an hour. How great is that!
I love to meditate. All I could see was the Ga!nsborough trees about the rooftops.
The sky has opened since and the rain has cleared the air.
I was just surfing and I found exactly what I was trying to express this morning:

I'm not falling into this bad habit anymore. Slowly but surely I am learning to go with what is. I won't lie though - not easy.
Time for a shower and lunch.
