In case you hadn't noticed before, I'm a big fan of tulipen, tulipani, tulipses!! I love them. There are spectacular beds of them around town right now, for the tulip festival. During WWII, Queen Juli@na of the Netherlands took refuge here, so every year the Dutch government sends us some insane number of tulip bulbs(20,000?) Unforch, I haven't yet taken many pictures of them, as I have to get around town to do that, but I will try to do that this week before I leave. Don't think me insane, but tulips are like friendly faces to me, sort of human-like.

So...lots to write about, but I thought I'd post some quick pics and come back later to write. C. ran a race this morning and on the way home from watching I snapped a few.
