French tomorrow, work-a-shmolic.

I think I need to be more conscious of the fact that people are reading this crapola that I'm writing!

I stayed at work too late tonight. Working is meditative for me. Not good.

C. has already chided me.

But let's look at the bright side: that crazy Italian guy is now stalking me and so I wasn't here to be bothered by him. (He's harmless, but annoying.)

Also, I haven't wasted any time on that stupid online dating site. That's a good thing.

And I'm going to keep things brief.

Report card: In all honesty, my feelings are really up and down at the moment. That's to be expected, I think. I've started to notice new habits of thinking coming in and bodychecking old, destructive habits of thinking, so I have to take that as a positive sign. Also, I am taking steps to move towards the life I want.

I'm going to shut my trap here and move on to the eating portion of the programme. And when you ought to shut your gob, post a pic. New pics soon, I promise.
