And the sadness flows, whilst the cold remains the same.

Rather than mope around, as I am wont to do on a Sunday night, some photos of my skate tonight. I only took a few, but they give the feel.

One of the stopping areas on the canal:

They've set up more prints under one of the bridges. This year they're Olympics-themed...naturally. I loved the pic below as although it is a pic of the national hockey team on the sea voyage over to Belgium, apparently, the dude on the right is a veritable s@rtorialist in his brogues with no socks! (If only hockey players and Canadian men in general were as dapper today. :))
