True, sweet gratitude.

Very nice day.

My French teacher was returned from Haiti, with all of his personal photos and memories. It was an informative day. Very personal and moving.

He's a great French teacher, in any event, and I learned a great deal. I absolutely love the studiousness of the class. I wish I'd switched sooner.

My special "thing" that I had requested from someone external to aid in our work came through and it turned out to be superbly useful. So that was great.

I also got $700 in the mail. Of course, that was money owed to me, but that doesn't happen every day.

So, bon.

Also, my new passport has arrived and I must pick it up tomorrow. Double bon.

Not every day is as lovely.

Tomorrow I work. Friday I have a day off. Hallelujah!
