WHAT a day.

THis is just WRONNNG!

First, a rough day.

Then...I ate dinner. I was healthy. Homemade chicken soup, for the hint of a cold.

But then I started to crave something fatty. And the craving started to build. I listen to these cravings, since I generally don't eat much fat (I mean gratuitous fat, saturated fat, etc.).

I looked around the kitchen.

Nothing.

I found some butter. A start.

I decided to make shortbread cookies.

And then, like the fool that I am, I came to the realization, as I was already mid-mix...that I only have multigrain flour. So I've made shortbread dough with flax seeds and big chunks of cracked rye in it.

Oh well. At least I'll be regular...
