Very frustrated

Woke up feeling "flat" again today. I tried to kick myself "alive" a few times but no go. I feel utterly unenthusiastic about going to work, going to my French test training sessions, etc.

In fact, I feel completely unenthusiastic about my entire life at the moment. There is nothing interesting in it.

How silly.

Am ready to be early for work, but I don't feel particularly focused on what I'll do when I get there.

Ah well...a challenge for me. Must do something about this.

I understand and accept the root of it now, but I don't know what to do about it.
