Well you know, I've thought of something useful!
Sometimes I am able to do that!
I thought of something I read once about how women in particular have a problem called "replacement worry," I believe.
What this means is that they are so used to worrying that they can't stop worrying.
Yesterday I was worrying about flying.
And then *someone* pulled one of her petulant tricks and I let that be my new reason to feel concerned, inadequate, inqui�t�e.
OK. Done. Nothing is going to ruin my vacation!
