We're going into deficit for the first time in twelve years. That's a BIG thing. I remember when the Liberals first balanced the budget. I was watching it with my boss in his office at Foreign Affairs. Canada's debt to GDP ratio is now relatively low. Deficits are ugly, especially when augmented by falling revenues...
