It's not a long way down, after all.
I just wrote an entry about my fragility today and it occurs to me that I should delete it. Not dwelling is a first step in healing, because ultimately this dwelling for me is another form of self-criticism.
Instead, I'm going to give myself a big hug!(I think I feel like saying a simple "Fuck off!" to my stupid, mopey self. There's no reason to get impatient or despairing.) |6:54 p.m. - 2009-01-17
