Plans plans plans are the way

It's a good thing that I am a practical person!

At least I had the sense to just turn my brain off last night. I cooked some food, organized myself, and went to sleep.

This morning I got up feeling weary, but I realized that all I need to do is commit to what I am going to do, and then all of the stuff I don't like (work) will be tolerable.

I need to stop letting work form the basis for my self-esteem, as it is never going to do it for me. Full stop.

I'm at work right now, actually, so I am going to work. Just thought I would note that I am moving forward on my plan!
