Not a good feeling. Pretty much the worst feeling that I've ever had. I need to snap out of this, once and for all.
So writing what I just wrote made me feel sick.
I feel sick almost to the point of vomiting that I feel so badly about myself, that I could be so critical of myself.
But maybe this is good. Maybe I should go and find someone to talk to abou this once and for all.
